The West Valley Arts Council (WVAC) serves five cities, Avondale, Buckeye, Goodyear, Litchfield Park and Tolleson. West Valley residents enjoy this nonprofit, regional arts organization because it brings both events and educational opportunities to your doorstep. More than 30 events are presented annually including festivals, concerts, and exhibitions. They also offer a year-round education program.
